I can't believe it's been 4 months already! Sam is growing like a weed and sleeping like a log. We are truely blessed with her, and totally screwed down the road! Here are some photos from her 4 month photo shoot... she wasn't overly happy all day and just wanted to go to bed early, so there's not many, but enjoy!

Becoming Fast Friends
Today I also took Sam to the doctor for her 4 month well care visit. She is 25 inches long (82nd percentile) and 15 lbs 3 ounces (86th percentile). Her head circumfrance is also in the 89th percentile. She's growing great and her doctor says she's just perfect. Over the next couple months we can start to introduce foods if we want... we'll see how it goes if she's interested we'll start... slowly.
Sam is getting so big and is starting to grab at everything, and most things tend to end up in her slobbery little mouth. Luckily her new friend has managed to stay out of the slobber, but Reece has been getting pet by tiny little hands lately. Sam seems to know how to pet her, which is great, and Reece is actually letting her for the most part. It's hard to get pictures of them together since I don't always know when Reece is going to go in for love. Below are a few I've managed to get... lucky!

Voodoo Donuts
This morning Josh, Sam, and I went downtown and participated in the American Heart Associations Heart and Stroke Walk 5K. It was a beautiful day downtown, which was good since there were so many people out it was more of a stroll than a good walk. After the walk we decided to drive by Voodoo Donuts Two to see how busy it was. We've driven by the original location once and decided not to wait out the line, we've also driven by the second location once before but didn't feel like staying. This time I said we should just wait. Sam was being so good all morning we gave it a chance. Half an hour later we were walking out with our bakers dozen. It's a good thing we got out a moved this morning, cause all we've done since is eat donuts! I've tried the Dirt Donut (Oreo) as well as the Maple Blazer Blunt (rolled maple donut with red sprinkles) while Josh has tried the Bacon Maple Bar, The Loop (fruit loops on top), and the Butterfingering (Butterfinger crumbles). So far all have been good... I'm sure the rest will be too. We also have a regular maple bar, chocolate bar, Diablos Rex (chocolate with chocolate chips), Triple Chocolate Penetration (chocolate with chocolate frosting and coco puffs) and a Portland Cream. Mmmmm

No news, just pictures
Nothing really going on here, which I guess is a good thing for once! Below are just some more recent pictures of Sam.
There's just something about this shot...she looks so big! We're moving the car seat straps to the highest level this weekend... she's got her mom's long torso already
Chillin in my chair, anxiously awaiting football season
Whoa, kitty
Daddy likes it when I stand up... I have strong legs!
I still use my middle finger too much
My first hokey game.
Waiting for the game to start
Watching a penalty shot
The game wore me out!
Sam did incredibly well at her first sports event. The Rose Garden got extremely loud but she only fussed for a few minutes and it just took some readjusting to get her to stop. The best part was it was too loud so no one could tell how much she was fussing. Unfortunately the Hawks lost, but it was a fun day with grandma.

Rolling Baby
Below are the other pictures I took on Saturday. Sam just figured out that's a way to not have to be on her tummy. She rolled over at just a few weeks old, but that was kicking herself over with her strong legs, this time she's got the whole body going, she's figured it all out. Video below.
This was the 3rd time she rolled over, I think she was getting tired
Barely got this one in time
