Bachofner Wedding

Last weekend was the first in a back to back wedding weekends. We headed out to a winery in Canby for the wedding of Allison Bachofner and Trevor Howard. Allison is one of my dad's closest friends oldest daughters... so someone I've known my whole life. She happened to be marrying into the Hopp Valley Brewery family from Eugene so it was good food and plenty of good drinks during the hottest day of the year so far (and hopefully hottest day period). Add together a beautiful setting with a beautiful bride and you  have one great wedding.

There are a lot of photos (Shocking, I know) so just go with it.

Beautiful setting

It's hot out, but at least grandpa and I have our shades on!

Tried to do a dance with grandpa but it was way past bedtime and right after waking up from a nap on Grandma Kaye.

Food and Sleep

Most of the time Samantha absolutely loves to eat... she's had all sorts of things, seems to mostly enjoy peaches and pears over the carrots and bananas, but loves almost everything.

She's also a fairly deep sleeper once she's out. Since she sleeps on her stomach she tends to wake up with interesting patterns on her face... here's our favorite so far.

Her tiny fingernails imprinted on the side of her face.

Just hanging out

6 Months Already!?

So I know I'm a little late with the post, but oh well. I didn't do the usual photo shoot for Sam's 6 months, various reasons, but of course did snap a few the days before and after of course.

Oregon Gardens

Last weekend Josh and I headed out to the Oregon Gardens in Silverton. I've been wanting to go there for quite a while so I was thrilled we finally found the time to head out there. Well it was a BIG disappointment that's for sure. It would be great for just walking around, but the gardens themselves are not the best and a lot of the plants I took photos of turned out to be in not great shape, bug eaten, dying, something. We won't be going back, especially for $10 a person. Either way, here are a few photos that I did take...

On the way I spotted this sign in Woodburn...
