Mother's Day

This year for Mother's Day I decided I wanted to go bowling. Well, actually last year I wanted to go bowling, but being 7 months pregnant I thought better of it. So we'd love to make this a yearly tradition. Going to brunch in  the past was nice, but as the girls are growing up, and with Grandma Pat working on Sunday mornings for at least a few more years, we thought why stress about where to go and making a reservation. So we headed to Big Al's for some Mother's Day bowling. My dad and Kaye were out of town, but my mom,Tim, Pat, and Matt joined Josh, myself, and the girls. We bowled two games each, then had some food at their restaurant, and headed upstairs for some ski bowl, basketball, and whatever else we could find. The place was basically empty which made it awesome. Sam loved bowling, and kept asking when it was her turn. She used the assisted ramp where she could just push the ball down and watch it go. She also had bumpers, but really didn't need them with the use of the ramp. Audrey just was passed between everyone and never fussed at all. Looking forward to next year!

10 Months!

 

Audrey turned 10 months yesterday. For all those people who thought Samantha was just too perfect and easy, Audrey is making up for it. She is still a great baby, but definitely does all the little things you expect babies to do. Everything she sees must go in her mouth, the word no is hilarious to her, she gets into everything, and has fun doing it all. She loves going new places and being around new people. Her birthday is rapidly approaching and I'm looking forward to having a summer birthday outside as opposed to all the winter parties I've planned up to this point. Let the sun shine!
