A couple weekends ago Jen and Roman had a co-ed baby shower for their little girl due this December. We can't wait to meet baby Norah (and love the name!)

The Pumpkin Patch

Friday afternoon we met up with the Manson family for some fun at The Pumpkin Patch. We took the hayride out to the pumpkin patch, saw the animals in the barn, took the cow train for the kids, and played in the hay bails and mini hay maze before heading to Red Robin for dinner and home so all the kids could crash after wearing themselves out! It was great fun as always, the kids really seem to have fun together.

Brewcycle Portland

So last week we had the pleasure of joining Corey and Brian on the Portland BrewCycle tour. They received 4 seats as a wedding present and invited us. We got to go to three breweries. Josh wanted to hit up Deschutes to get their fresh hop Mirror Pond that he loves and they didn't bottle this year, and another rider wanted to go to Bridgeport, so then luckily our guide suggested the 3rd, Corks & Caps. I wish all the stops could have been small time pubs so we could go someplace new, but that's alright, that's what next time is for. My favorite was Corks & Caps with tons of bottled beer to drink in coolers, to the 8 rotating taps. We had about 35 minutes at each stop, and then back to the bike to pedal our way to the next stop. We had 16 people on our bike, although only 8 pedal, and it was a blast. We met a new friend here on business from Portugal and by himself so he joined us, cool guy!
