Maternity Shoot

Last time I was pregnant I was so not into taking photos, not even just with our phones, and didn't write down really anything I was going through. I think after miscarrying the first time I just wanted to keep as much private as possible. Of course as this pregnancy progressed I wish I had some photo or words to myself of how I was feeling at different stages. On well. Baby sister came on as a huge surprise and has been very different at the beginning and end from Sam.

At this point with Sam I already had her, although it was due to mild preeclampsia and induction. I'm now just waiting around for things to happen. I am scheduled for induction on the 16th if nothing happens by then. I'm due on the 10th.

This time around I wanted some maternity photos, a few just to track along the way, but then also some "real" ones with Josh and Sam. I am lucky enough to be related to a very talented photographer, so one dy towards the end of May we headed to the park. It was of course the hottest day of the year to that point and super windy. She still managed to get some great shots.
