Audrey is 8 Months!

Holy crap it's been 8 months since my big chunk of a baby was born. I'm sure one day she'll hate all the comments from how big she was as a baby, but I'm also sure one day she will not have 4 million rolls all over her chubby little body. Until then, I love it! Here she is in all her glory. It's hard to get pictures of her now days, at least posed shots. She would much rather crawl over to some furniture, stand up, and walk along it to get whatever might be in sight.

My current favorite pic of her, ironically after she scooted away from me to stand at the coffee table

Bath Time Baby

Bath time for Audrey is so different from Samantha. Sam as a baby didn't need a bath every day, even every other day. She just never really got smelly (yes we did bath her, don't worry). Audrey on the other hand gets smelly in a day, easy. Samantha finally figured out how to splash, something I never thought you had to teach a child... Audrey loves to splash and does it all on her own, even bigger than Samantha does now! Samantha has to have her head tipped all the way back when washing her hair and hates to get any water dripping on her face. Audrey has no problem with any of it. It will be fun to see how these two do when they bath together later. We haven't really done it yet since Audrey has been in her little baby bath up to this point to prop her up higher and make bath time easier. Last night as Josh was bathing Audrey I popped in to see all the splashing I could hear. I had to take some pictures of course, it was way too funny since I'm so used to Samantha in the bath. I love the photos. So real.

Just a few comparison photos. The first one is me, Samantha, and Audrey all around 7-8 months. The second one is Samantha 8 months and 3 years.

Etsy Adventure

In the past I have thought about selling my photography, but never did anything about it. Well, being unemployed will really kick your butt into gear and I now have my own shop on etsy. https://www.etsy.com/shop/ABergerPhotography Not that I needed any incentive, but this will also make sure that I continue to take photos as often as I can. If you know anyone who wants some nature prints please pass my info along. I know this may not be a career, but I'm hoping it can be something. I figure I have nothing to lose since I already had a good selection of photos to begin with. Below is just a few of the images I have listed in my shop. I hope you enjoy!

What Else... Photos!

Just because I have two lovely subjects to work with. Ironically I can't get Audrey to sit still for photos but I get the best ones of her since they are real expressions. Sam will be still enough but puts on her fake smile for the camera most of the time. Figures.
