Josh and I were lucky enough to go to the Oregon vs Michigan State game on Saturday with my dad. The weekend before I got a text from my dad asking if we had plans for Saturday and wanted to know if we'd be interested in going to the game if we could find tickets. Umm, yes if someone watched the girls. Kaye volunteered to watch the girls before my dad ever mentioned anything to us. We found tickets on Stubhub and headed down Saturday morning leaving at 9:30. We got off the exit at 11, but then didn't get out of the car until 11:45 after the mess that was traffic and parking. We headed into the Mo, met up with some people my dad knows for tailgating and headed in for the game. The first quarter was nerve-racking, but when it was done the Ducks were up 8-0. The second quarter was a different story, the Ducks did not look good. We kept giving up the long ball. At halftime the score was 18-24 Michigan State. The second half got better! We shut them down and only allowed 3 points the whole second half. Mariota seemed to take the game into his own hands and the rest of the team rallied behind him. The pick was a momentum changer and Autzen finally got loud. It was a warm day but never felt too hot. The announcement at the beginning of the game was that the stadium was 91 degrees on one side of the field and 101 on the opposite. We were in the shade, 91 degrees, and with a steady breeze it was nice. Thanks again dad and Kaye for the idea and execution of the day!

Honorary Captains for the game included Kevin Mitchell, Jason Fife, and Max Unger
Just a few media personnel were there.
Very cool to see Mat Kearney's song played at Autzen Stadium
Nice hops! Great tip
No one around. Touchdown!
This damn helicopter circled the field the entire game, it got very old
Mariota knew it, Touchdown Ducks!
A lot of this, Ducks waiting on them to finish their huddle.
Big 4th down stop!
Oops.
We got it! Great pick.
Definitely a turning point, they got excited.
